We love Cater Me Fit. Unlike local providers that cook and deliver once or twice per week, CMF cooks and delivers 3 days per week so the food is extra fresh! They go above and beyond to assure you have a positive experience. You never need to worry about grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning dishes again. I was thrilled to purchase with a local company! The food was pretty good and in good condition when it arrived.
When I received my order Sunday there were no instructions on returning ice pack, nor on when my next delivery would be.
Unfortunately, they advertised a $15 delivery fee, but once I got my receipt it was $20. The the sales coordinator via email said they are in the process of changing it. They continued to charge $20 instead of compensating for what was Falsely advertised.
My second shipment came on Tuesday, mind you they advertised Wednesday. The delivery man said they deliver Sunday, Tues, & Thurs to my surprise.
I emailed the sales coordinator again to find out what exactly was going on. I was told they need 3 days notice to put any delivery days on hold.
They also advertised 2/week Sundays and Wednesdays drop-off & pickup days. I personally set my busy schedule around those days.
Needleless to say I cancelled my subscription.
Dangerous! Our first week of service and we pulled several pieces of plastic from the burger! These were 3/4 inch sqaure pieces of plastic/film. This was in additiona to a few pieces of a hard substance that could have done dental damage! Disgusting and unacceptable.
Nothing but terrible customer service. I’ve tried calling since Friday and sent multiple emails. They charged me twice now for last weeks meals, and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. Do not waste your time with this company.
And they advertised 2/week delivery...not too bad!

For a first time customer, who just wanted a local meal prep company to help with the stress of personally meal prepping, they sure made things really difficult for what they charge for "convience".

Very Poor Service. I was excited about trying the service. First order they didn't include the snacks I ordered. Sent them an email that night, I emailed them and got an apology and promise to refund. Second delivery of the week and still no snacks, but even worse they delivered the food 2.5 hours early with no extra ice. By the time got home the ice packs had completely defrosted. I emailed again and let them know that I wanted to cancel service after my next delivery. No food arrived for that delivery and again emailed. Got a "gee sorry this happened, but you told us to cancel". I did get a refund for the snacks that were never delivered and the three meals missing from my last delivery. Food was okay, but nothing to brag about. Very disappointing.
