Great theater, easy purchase of ticket, really good flatbread pizza, and I love the comfy recliner seats! I will gladly go there again! (Concessions a little slow)
This is my favorite movie theater to go to!!! They have new leather recliners, reserved seating, 3D , IMAX & standard movies here! Very comfortable place to see a movie!! The best theatre around!! The staff is very friendly too. It's totally worth it to join the Stubs premiere program!! You get so many great benefits!! They also have Coca-Cola freestyle machines!!! Oh... And the popcorn tastes GREAT!!
I was so excited to take my uncle and my dad to a movie and for some reason the theater volume was unbearably loud. I wish I had ear buds. The seats in the new Dolby sound theater was nice but if they keep it that loud I will never come back.
Staff couldn't figure out my vip card, so had to pay full price for everything. They "fixed up" the theater. Now there is no more ticket booth to buy your tickets. instead it's this long string of taped off areas. Longer lines then ever and no one seems to know what's going on. If you happen to RESERVE seating, they don't TELL anyone else, and you have to end up kicking people out of your seats. This place used to be nice. It's the worst most incompetently run theater in Florida now. DO NOT GO HERE.
Really nice theatre. Self-purchase ticket lanes are available. Customer service was good, although the wait can be a bit. Prices are pretty high but what movie theatre isn't. Expect to pay upwards of $30 for movie and concession snack and drink. Theatre (reserved plush reclining seats) and the restrooms are well-kept. Restroom even has a seating area. Adult beverages are also available.
